The man was born to DESTROY baseballs. Yes, David Ortiz will go down as one of the best hitters to ever play the game. Now, it looks like Big Papi's still got his sweet lefty swing.

Yup, Ortiz looks like he could still give Yankees pitchers nightmares on a daily basis. I mean, the man is swinging the bat pretty well in the batting cage.
Is Big Papi looking to make a comeback with his beloved Red Sox? If so, then the rich would get richer as the team already has a loaded lineup that just won a world championship. Though that's unlikely, this is one hell of an audition tape.
Even in his final season in 2016, Ortiz showed that he can still rake, as he finished with a .315 average to go along with 38 home runs and 127 RBI at the age of 40.
As a Yankee fan, I hope this batting cage session doesn't give the well-known Yankee killer Ortiz any ideas of a comeback. Please keep enjoying your retirement.
